Unclear directions, terrible. Bad customer service too.

The map marker was in the wrong place, and there was no boat name on the ticket. We missed the cruise because we couldn't find it.

We had trouble finding the right place, as we were sent to different locations. When we finally found it, after almost having to argue about our already paid tickets, the boat had already departed. So, we were directed to another boat without the wine we had ordered and paid for. Not satisfied.

traveler – United States

We went on a champagne cruise, and I purchased my tickets online in advance. However, when we arrived at the dock and tried to board, I was informed that I'd have to wait in a long line to show proof of my ticket purchase before being allowed on the boat. Very inconvenient!

Our trip was very enjoyable; however, we couldn't hear our guide over the boat guide. You should be aware that you will be seated at the front of the boat with people who paid for a Seine tour ONLY. It's not a big deal, but it can be a little awkward.
